Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [foryourskinllc@gmail.com]. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or the wrong item was sent.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
